yep, our delegates don't sit around all day on our events, unless they want to - we encourage them to get up and join in. Our advisors don't want to bore the pants off of everyone by talking all day, like many tutor led courses the delegates may have already attended, so why should the delegates not lead their own sessions, have some competetive edge to thier day and have the opportunity to win prizes for their workplace.
With guest speakers and demonstrations on some events, the learning is even easier.
Don't worry, every delegate will still learn everything they need to learn, with great success - and they come back for more!
